ERVING, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The town of Erving is addressing a road surface delamination concern on North Street. Delamination occurs when the surface layer of the road fails to bond with the layer beneath. The project will include paving in three areas, ending at the Northfield town line.
In August, the Erving Selectboard awarded Warner Bros, LLC of Sunderland the project contract and is expected to begin work on October 15th, milling and paving are expected to last two days each, although the work is weather dependent. No on street parking will be allowed until the paving is completed.
