BUCKLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Buckland will be holding a Special Town Meeting on Tuesday, October 22nd at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall at 17 State Street to consider four warrant articles.
The first is the petition to discontinue Old Upper Street as a town road. The second is to authorize borrowing funds for the Avery Road repairs. The final two are housekeeping articles to transfer funds for the Recreation water pump project that was approved in May and to rescind borrowing that wasn’t needed in the Nilman Road repair project.
