BUCKLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — At the Buckland Special Town Meeting Tuesday, voters approved the petition to discontinue a portion of Old Upper Street that wraps around a residence. The three housekeeping articles, including the borrowing of up to $150,000 for the Avery Road repairs, were also approved by voters.
