NORTHFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — At the upcoming Northfield Special Town Meeting, residents will be asked to vote on appropriating $2.1 million in funding for the acquisition and outfitting of a property for a new EMS site at 546 Northfield Road in Bernardston.
An information session was held on Wednesday to discuss the new site plans and meet the new EMS Chief and an open house is set for this Saturday at the new site, Valley Concrete, on the corner of Mount Hermon Station Road and Route 10 from noon to 2 p.m.
The Special Town Meeting will be held on November 13th at 7 p.m. in the Pioneer Valley Regional High School auditorium.
