GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Greenfield City Councilor Wahab Minhas has filed a motion to reconsider the zoning amendment votes taken at last week’s City Council meeting, citing confusion issues that led to lengthy attempts at clarification before the votes. The council approved amendments that would now allow multi-family dwelling units with up to 24 units by-right in the semi-residential district and removing the city’s cap on projects over 24 units. The motion to reconsider will come before the Council at their January 15th meeting.
