GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Greenfield has announced Christmas tree disposal options; residents who receive curbside trash collection can leave their Christmas trees for collection at no charge starting Monday, January 6th through Friday, January 31st on the same days as their usual trash collection. Trees can also be brought to the transfer station at no charge for residents and $10 for non-residents.
Shelburne will also have curbside collection of Christmas trees starting January 6th for village residents. Rural residents can bring their trees to the town garage site on Colrain Shelburne Road.
