COLRAIN, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Heath Road in Colrain has reopened for public use after a portion of the road between Hagar Cross Road to Maxam Road was closed in late November for a culvert replacement project.
Town officials say the work isn’t done yet though, while it has been reopened for now, Western Earthworks will resume on the culvert project in the spring.
