ERVING, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) —  State officials joined Rural Development, Inc. and the town of Erving for a presentation Tuesday on a proposed affordable senior housing project. The housing is proposed to go in next to the town’s Senior and Community Center, library, and elementary school with eighteen senior apartments and eight multi-generational workforce apartments across three buildings.
