GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Greenfield City Council is meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the Jon Zon Community Center and broadcast live on GCTV. Councilors will be voting on the purchase of a Fire Department Ladder Truck for $1.9 million, an expense that has been in the works for several years now. The new truck would provide the department with new efficiencies, like increased water storage capacity.
