ASHFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation has closed the Creamery Brook Bridge on Williamsburg Road in Ashfield.
The immediate closure came after an inspection that found structural safety concerns. More information is expected from the state on the plans for the bridge.
The town of Ashfield has announced a detour around the bridge following Brier Hill Road, West Road and Ludwig Road.
