MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The town of Montague reached a milestone this month in Strathmore Mill Cleanup project with the successful removal of the pedestrian foot bridge, a preparatory step in the broader site cleanup plan which is expected to be completed by 2027.
In the coming months, Tighe & Bond will continue on-site inspections, coordinate with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) and the Massachusetts Historical Commission, and further develop construction documents for review.
