SOUTHAMPTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A vehicle fire in Southampton quickly spread to the garage, leaving firefighters scrambling for water as the nearest hydrant was half a mile away.
With the help of mutual aid partners, a water supply was established and all eight of the homeowner’s cats were rescued with no injuries to report.
