COLRAIN, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office has approved the new Colrain bylaw that was passed in the June 6th, 2025 Town Meeting establishing new revolving funds for departments.
The new revolving funds can now take effect to keep departments’ revenue within the department to pay for future expenses.
