HATFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Governor Maura Healey has declared Friday, November 28th, 2025 as “Green Friday.”
The declaration was celebrated at Chestnut Mountain Christmas Tree Farm in Hatfield with Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources, MDAR, Commissioner Ashley Randle along with state and local officials.
The event also included a Governor’s Proclamation presentation and a ceremonial tree cutting.
