NORTH ADAMS, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The two individuals who were found deceased in their North Adams residence during a fire on Monday, have been identified as Venture and Donald Hazard.
The Chief Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled the cause of death to be smoke inhalation for both parties.
After an initial investigation, State Police located the Hazard’s son, Darius, at 2 a.m. Tuesday morning and arrested him on murder charges.
