GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The city of Greenfield is preparing for harsh winter weather conditions and will be reopening the overnight warming center at the Chapman Street Salvation Army whenever a wind chill advisory goes into effect for at least three hours.
Greenfield has received funding through the Office of Housing and Livable Communities and works with a team a volunteers to run the warming center.
