GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — In a surprising turn of events, the Greenfield City Council voted down amendments to the Accessory Dwelling Unit, or ADU, Zoning Ordinance.
The amendments were required to bring the city into compliance with the state’s Affordable Homes Act.
