ORANGE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The town of Orange is proposing the adoption of a town charter to meet the complex challenge and evolving needs of the town by making the town government more efficient, accountable and effective. The charter will come before residents at the Special Town Meeting on January 12th.
