GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Yesterday in Franklin County Superior Court, the suspect who was allegedly involved in the fraud scheme costing the town of Orange $338,000 appeared virtually from Idaho.
Jennifer Grasmick had been taken into custody in her local town of Nampa, Idaho and released on bail.
A pretrial conference is set for April 17th.
