TURNERS FALLS, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Representatives from the Franklin County Technical School shared plans for a new building at last night’s Greenfield City Council meeting.
The new building would cost an estimated $2.38 million per year over 30 years. The school has been approved through the Massachusetts School Building Authority, MSBA, to receive 50% reimbursement.
All 19 district towns will have to vote on the decision to build and pay for a new building, the special election is anticipated to take place later this year.
