BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Governor Healey announced Wednesday that following her demand, all utilities have agreed to waive all carrying or interest charges on winter bill relief proposals, including National Grid, Eversource, Berkshire Gas and Unitil.
Waiving the interest charges is part of Healey’s plan to lower energy costs this winter and increase energy affordability.
