TURNERS FALLS, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — During the month of January, work on the Strathmore Mill demolition project in Turners Falls included on-site surveys to address long-standing environmental and structural hazards. Samples were taken to use in the determination of potential safe reuse opportunities.
In February, the project team will meet on-site with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection for regulatory coordination and confirmation of next steps.
