AMHERST, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — UMass Amherst is restricting guests in residence halls during Super Bowl weekend after incidents leading to damage and arrests in 2018 when the Patriots lost the Super Bowl.
The restrictions will go into place at 12 p.m. on Sunday, February 8th and last until 3 a.m. Monday, February 8th. Up to two guests who live in the same area as the host may be signed in.
