BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Massachusetts Community College union has filed a lawsuit against the Board of Higher Education for what they are claiming are significantly altered labor negotiations that would setback bargaining by disallowing silent representatives and virtual meetings.
