BUCKLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The town of Buckland has been awarded a second-round Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Planning program grant in the amount of $100,000.
The funds will be used to increase climate resiliency on the Clesson Brook Watershed, a project that began in 2018.
The town is working on a study and design plan for the restoration of the brook, which experiences significant flooding.
