GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — This Wednesday, the Greenfield City Council will convene to hear from the School Department and the Mayor’s Office on the upcoming year’s budget, which is anticipated to be another challenging fiscal year as health insurance costs are expected to increase by another double digit percentage for the third year in a row.
