DEERFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Deerfield Police are warning the community of a door-to-door sales scam. Several reports have come in from residents alleging people representing themselves as working with or for Eversource and offering lower bills if they sign up for group sales or solar installation.
Police say these are not Eversource representatives, who must have company IDs and drive marked company vehicles when soliciting.
