GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The city of Greenfield has its first female lieutenant as of this week. Emily Rowell-Kanash was sworn in officially to the role Tuesday after serving in it temporarily since November. Rowell-Kanash has been with the Greenfield Police Department for thirteen years.
