FRANKLIN COUNTY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — All of western Mass is officially out of the Moderate Drought designation as of March 31st according to the US Drought Monitor.
Much of the state, and all of Franklin County, is now listed as “Abnormally Dry,” which still poses concerns as the region enters brush fire season.
