DEERFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Deerfield Open Space Committee is sponsoring a talk by David Brule, president of the Nolumbeka Project and Nehantic Tribal Chairman.

Brule is also the coordinator of the battlefield study, a collaborative study of the massacre at Great Falls.

In the Indigenous tradition, Brule will be talking about the people, history, and natural beauty of Deerfield and the Connecticut River Valley on May 2nd at 11 a.m. in the Deerfield Town Hall.
