- Median price was up 7.7% to about $348,000

Even though fewer homes sold, buyer demand is still strong—and that’s what’s continuing to push prices up.

Inventory Reality: Only 63 homes for sale in the entire county—down 37% from the year before.

What It Means Right Now
If You’re Thinking About Selling:
- Inventory is still extremely low
- Prices are holding strong
- Buyers are still actively looking
This is still a great time to list your home.
If You’re Thinking About Buying:
- You may see slightly more time on market
- But competition is still there due to low inventory
Preparation and strategy still matter.
Bottom Line
The 2025 market shows us one clear thing: Demand hasn’t gone away—and until inventory improves, prices will remain strong.
