ORANGE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Warm weather and sunshine brought increased fire risks to the area Thursday, resulting in several fire popping up.
The Orange Fire Department contained a brush fire at the intersection of Daniel Shays Highway and Route 2 in just over an hour Thursday evening.
Community members also reported seeing grass on fire along I-91 northbound in Greenfield.
