SUNDERLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Early Saturday morning a fire broke out at the Sugarloaf Estates apartment complex in Sunderland causing a temporary closure of River Road/Route 47. No injuries were incurred and officials say the fire ignited on a kitchen stovetop.
