BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Governor Healey filed the Mass Wins Act Thursday, an economic development bill that looks to attract global interests to invent, grow and create jobs in Massachusetts, specifically in the key industries of artificial intelligence, quantum, climate tech, defense and robotics. The bill includes $305 million in capital authorizations.
