(Greenfield, MA) — Greenfield’s River Street was closed to through traffic for a brief time early Saturday. Fire officials say they were called to the area to investigate a report of a leaning utility pole near the railroad bridge. Eversource officials were notified, and the road reopened a short time later. No injuries or damage werw reported.
