GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The City of Greenfield is having ten sidewalk murals painted by artists in celebration of the United States Semiquincentennial, the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Artists will paint their murals in stages to allow pedestrian traffic to continue to pass while the work is complete and an inaugural tour of the central downtown murals will take place on June 26 at 5 PM in conjunction with the Greenfield Arts Walk.
