AMHERST, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — UMass Amherst was impacted as part of a nationwide Canvas outage. Canvas, the schools’ platform for communication, assignments, and more, went out Thursday afternoon around 4:15 p.m. The incident is under investigation.
