GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Plans for the $236 million building proposed at the Franklin County Technical School was discussed with the community at Greenfield Community College this week. The nineteen member towns would be responsible for $122.8 million altogether, through a 30 year bond, while the other 66.27% of the project would be reimbursed by the Massachusetts School Building Authority.
