GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A traffic stop conducted by State Police on I-91 northbound in Greenfield turned into a foot chase when a passenger took off into the woods.
The stop occurred around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday evening when the passenger led police on the pursuit. Greenfield Police located the individual less than an hour later and took them into custody. State Police are investigating the incident.
