GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Greenfield Ways and Means Committee continued budget discussions in their Tuesday meeting, where residents, councilors, and city officials discussed the future of the Rec Room middle school after-school program.
Due to city budget constraints, largely caused by exponentially rising health insurance costs, the city cannot afford to maintain all benefitted positions.
