TURNERS FALLS, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Franklin County Technical School Superintendent Richard Martin retired three weeks early following six formal complaints made in regards to religious references made during Martin’s graduation ceremony, including inviting the audience to join him in prayer for the student killed in Keene, New Hampshire last June. The school intends to update their policies to prevent similar concerns arising in the future.
