ATHOL, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Governor Maura Healey signed a bill allowing bar and social clubs to stay open an extra hour in response to summer events. However, the Athol Selectboard took no action on the legislation after no inquiries had been received from any Athol establishments.
