GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The City of Greenfield is raising their water and sewer rates by 9% beginning on January 1st, 2027. According to a statement from the City, the rate increase will provide funds for catastrophic emergencies, support necessary equipment purchases for the DPW, and fund maintenance for the water and sewer infrastructure.
