ASHFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) – The Ashfield Police Department announced that civil trespass orders will no longer be issued through their department. Civil trespass orders will now go through the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Civil Process Division. Orders previously issued by the Ashfield Police Department will remain in effect until rescinded by the property owner.
