MONSON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The 16 year-old missing Monson teenager was found safe with his two dogs in Connecticut after a multi-state search and rescue effort that involved eighteen agencies throughout western Mass. Around 1 p.m. Wednesday the teen, identified as Matteo, was spotted in the Stafford area and approached rescue crews on his own.
