GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — 44 year-old Taaniel Herberger-Brown was sentenced Monday to 18 to 20 years in state prison in connection with the February 2024 death of Christopher Hairston, of Greenfield. Greenfield Police found Hairston’s body inside Herberger-Brown’s Chapman Street apartment in April 2024 and later apprehended Herberger-Brown at the Albany International Airport.
