GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The City of Greenfield Department of Public Works (DPW) is updating Greenfield’s municipal curbside trash and recycling collection schedule. Trash and recycling collection is shifting from a Monday through Thursday schedule to a Tuesday through Friday system, everyone moving forward one day starting August 1st with a few exception. This modification is designed to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with state environmental regulations.
