Public Health Order Authorizing Crisis Standards Of Care Rescinded

(Boston, MA) Today the Baker administration announced that the Public Health Order authorizing crisis standards of care is rescinded as of today. The order was released on April 7, 2020 as part of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis response. The order, found here, authorizes hospitals to use reverse triage and prioritizing resources based on chance of long term survival.
