SHUTESBURY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Birch Drive, a private way in Shutesbury, will no longer be maintained through the winter by the town after a January vote. Now, members of the Council on Aging, Lake Wyola Association, and the Lake Wyola Advisory Committee are appealing to the Selectboard to reverse the decision.
