SOUTH HADLEY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The town of South Hadley has been awarded $1.63 million in grants from the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs for climate-resilience projects. The town is looking to restore the wetlands at Titus Pond and the Buttery Brook Park to reduce flood risks.
